CANCELLATION POLICY
In-Studio Cancellation Policy We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your in-studio spray tan if you wish to avoid a cancellation fee. Clients cancelling less than 24 hours of their scheduled in-studio appointment will be assessed a fee of $20 that will charged to the credit card that was used at time of booking. In-Studio Appointment No Show Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled in-studio appointment, you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the service. Clients who do not show more than once will be required to pay in full before any future appointments. Mobile Spray Tanz Cancellation Policy For all mobile bookings we require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your spray tan if you wish to avoid a cancellation fee. Clients cancelling less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be charged the non-refundable travel fee deposit of $25.
